Payment Options
- We accept all major CC. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- We also accept Checks. Payments made in advance by check will be held for clearance on all orders before shipment is made.
- We welcome purchase orders. Subject to management approval as well as customer references and credit.
- Shipping Charges – All handheld inkjet printers and accessory orders over $175.00 net will be shipped free of charge (via UPS Ground) within the contiguous (48) United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. These residents/customers can use UPS 2nd Day Service or Next Day Air and these charges will be in addition to the total price of the Order. All shipping charges for inline print heads, accessories, conveyors etc. will be quoted prior to shipment but in any case will not be free of charge. FOB NY/NJ.
For Customers outside of the contiguous United States including Canada, standard shipping will be via UPS Worldwide Standard or Express service (other fees may apply). We also can ship FedEx or USPS if requested using a prepaid label created and emailed to us from the customer. Customer will also have to call in a special pick up for FedEx. We will not create FedEx or USPS labels.
Order Shipping and Delivery Time
Unless otherwise requested we ship via UPS ground. Ground UPS typically delivers within 1-6 business days of shipment, throughout the contiguous (48) United States. We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours. In the case where an item is out of stock or there is a longer shipping time required as with some of the inline equipment and special order related items you will be duly notified. Orders do not always ship out the same day as the order was placed. Order retrieval and processing times will vary according to; order volumes, product availability and time of day / date which the order was placed.
If Expedited Shipping (i.e. UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3 Day Select) is requested it will apply to the day the order is filled and actually shipped, not the date the order was placed. Most orders for stock items placed prior to 2pm ET can be shipped same day. Please give us a call to alert us if your order is of great urgency.
Note: Please consider that Saturday and Sunday and other Non-Working days (such national holidays) stated by the shipment carrier, such as UPS (United Parcel Service) are Not Included and Not Counted in the transit time service being selected.
