Payment Options

  • We accept all major CC Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • We also accept Checks. Payments made in advance by check will be held for clearance on all orders before shipment is made.
  • We welcome Purchase Orders from any and all companies including governmental agencies.
  • Shipping Charges – All hand-held inkjet printers and accessory orders over $100.00 net will be shipped free of charge (via UPS Ground) within the contiguous (48) United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. These residents/customers can use UPS 2nd Day Service or Next day Air and these charges will be in addition to the Total Price of the Order.  All shipping charges for In-line print heads, accessories, conveyors etc. will be quoted prior to shipment but in any case will not be free of charge. FOB our plant.

For Customers outside of the contiguous United States, standard shipping would be via UPS Worldwide Standard or Express service (UPS Worldwide Standard or Express shipping charges plus a Shipping Documentation Preparation Fee will be added to the Total Price of the Order). We also can ship Fed Ex if requested using the customer’s account number.

Order Shipping and Delivery Time

Unless otherwise requested we ship via UPS ground. Ground UPS typically delivers within 1-6 business days of shipment, throughout the contiguous (48) United States. We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours. In the case where an item is out of stock or there is a longer shipping time required as with some of the in-line equipment and special order and related items you will be duly notified. Orders do not always ship out the very same date as the order was placed…order retrieval and processing times will vary according to; order volumes, product availability and Time of Day / Date which the order was placed .

If Expedited Shipping (i.e. UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3 Day Select) is requested it will apply to the day the order is filled and actually shipped, not the date the order was placed.
Note: Please consider that Saturday and Sunday and other Non-Working days (such national holidays of the United States) stated by the shipment carrier, such as UPS (United Parcel Service) are Not Included and Not Counted in the transit time service being selected.
