No returns on any items without prior written authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. In order to qualify, products must be returned in the original box in new condition (unused), with all packing material and paper documentation. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all product returns.
Absolutely No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Claims for errors, defects or damages must be made within 5 days of delivery.
All items returned that were sold with free shipping will have our original shipping cost deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Products are not eligible for return and no credit will be given, if the original box, papers, documentation, individual pieces and ALL Packing Materials are not returned in new condition.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened cartridges, batteries, ribbons, and any custom made items such as engravings or specially assembled machines. Returns on unopened cartridges must be made within 14 days of customer receipt due to expiration dates.
Shipping/Freight Charges are Non-Refundable unless it is due to our error. Shipping costs for any return of merchandise due to our mistake will be covered by Markjet. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at Markjet’s discretion.
Items must be shipped insured and freight prepaid to our address.
